Return & Exchange Policy
At VEDIC VIBEZ, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once the order has been delivered.
Exceptions:
An exchange or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Item missing from the package
Important Conditions:
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Customers may be required to share clear unboxing video/photos for verification of any claim related to damage, wrong item, or missing item
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
Non-Eligible Cases:
We do not accept return, exchange, or replacement for:
Change of mind
Personal preference or dislike of fragrance/product
Minor packaging variations
Products reported after the specified time period
Used or opened products
Refunds:
Refunds are not applicable in the ordinary course. However, in approved exceptional cases such as wrong, damaged, or missing items, a refund or replacement may be processed after verification.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
